There are 6 suites on the upper floor, all with a balcony and two on the lower floor with private access through the colorful tropical garden.

The impressive main room of the house, with living areas, TV, work, dining and its American kitchen, is connected to the beautiful and comfortable outdoor area covered with its lounge area and billiards, with in its extension, a gourmet kiosk with barbecue, parrilla, wood oven, stove, sink, brewery and professional refrigerators.

This luxury vacation rental home has two long pools. One was designed especially for children. An ultra-complete, compact, professional-grade outdoor gym is available for athletes of all levels. It is one of the best vacation rental homes in Trancoso. The entrance to the Altos de Trancoso condominium is located 600m from the Quadrado and 800m from the Nativos beach.

• Team of 5 employees, 8h/day: 1 cook, 1 kitchen assistant, 2 chambermaids, 1 butler/caretaker.

• 10% - Service charge (House staff) / New Years Eve 5%.

• 01% - Concierge service fee: Menu selection, 1st purchase, car rental, reservations for transfers, restaurants, activities/tours (horseback riding on the beach, quad, boat...), hiring employees and outsourced professionals (driver, bartender, nanny, therapist, personal trainers ..), support with the house team, etc...

• CANCELLATION:

  Up to 90 days before the date of entry: 50% refund of the amount paid.

  Less than 90 days before entry: non-refundable.
