Quadrado 002

Exceptional Ocean View Villa – Trancoso

The ultimate privilege on the Quadrado, between sky, sea and history

Rare and precious, this extraordinary property occupies one of the most coveted addresses in Trancoso, beside the iconic little church of the Quadrado and just a few steps from Nativos Beach. Suspended between sky and sea, it offers a spectacular panoramic view over the Atlantic Ocean, in a setting that is intimate, inspiring and deeply authentic.

Comprising two sophisticated hippie-chic villas, each featuring three elegant suites, the property can be rented in multiple configurations, with the option of adding a separate independent external suite.
In total, the estate offers 3 to 7 suites, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests, in absolute comfort and a truly exclusive atmosphere.

Designed as a creative and contemplative retreat, the residence invites total disconnection and inspiration. Days unfold to the rhythm of the sunrise and sunset, while the moon accompanies the evenings. On new-moon nights, the sky — of exceptional purity — reveals a rare and mesmerizing starry spectacle.

The garden, a true preserved sanctuary of Atlantic Forest, is home to delicate and enchanting wildlife. Tropical birds, monkeys and sloths make frequent appearances, creating timeless moments and a profound connection with nature.

These villas embody the very essence of the Trancoso art de vivre, blending understated sophistication, natural elegance and harmony with the surrounding landscape. A professional, attentive and discreet staff provides personalized service, ensuring a seamless, comfortable and carefree experience.
