About
Luxury Villa for Rent in Trancoso
Completely renovated in 2026, this elegant residence in Condomínio Pedro Grande embodies a contemporary vision of quiet luxury, where architecture, nature and comfort exist in perfect harmony.
With open and partial ocean views, the villa is just a few minutes’ walk from Rio da Barra Beach, where guests have access to a private beach setup, perfect for enjoying special moments with family.
The architecture embraces natural light, cross ventilation and a seamless connection with the tropical garden and the surrounding preserved Atlantic Forest. The spacious, open-plan living areas are designed for effortless entertaining, combining elegant living and contemplation spaces with an open-plan kitchen, gourmet area and dining space.
A striking staircase leads to the deck of the long lap pool, surrounded by lush greenery and the serenity of the tropical garden.
The property features 5 suites with furnished balconies overlooking the pool and garden, accommodating up to 10 guests in complete comfort. A dedicated team of 4 staff members — a cook, kitchen assistant and two housekeepers — provides attentive service throughout the stay.
A TV room, sauna and gym complete the experience, within a gated condominium with 24-hour security.
Just 4 km from Trancoso’s Quadrado, approximately a 10-minute drive, Pedro Grande 04 offers a rare combination of privacy, nature, architecture and proximity to the sea.
