• 10% service charge for extra staff to be hired: To be adjusted depending on the total number of guests,

• 1% concierge service (menu, 1st purchase/stocking of the house, rental car reservation, transfers, restaurants, tours, hiring extra professionals, etc...)

  Up to 90 days before the date of entry: refund of 50% of the amount paid

  Less than 90 days before entry: non-refundable
