A second outdoor area on the ground floor has a hammock and terrace in the shade of beautiful trees and tropical plants.

The beach support will be set up at Praia das Tartarugas is located 400 m from the villa. Quadrado is 4,5 km / 9 min. by car and the airport Terravista at 4 km / 7 min.

• Team of 3 employees, 8 h/day: 1 cook, 1 maid, 1 helper for general services,

• 10 % service charge (Villa employees)

• 1% concierge service and organization of first purchases villa stock-up

• CANCELLATION:

  Up to 90 days before the date of entry: 50% refund of the amount paid.

  Less than 90 days before entry: non-refundable.
