Located in one of the quieter areas of Terravista Golf, 500 meters from the private access to the beautiful beach of turtles and its famous cliffs, this beautiful house has 6 suites and can accommodate 12 adults and 3 children.
Open in a preservation area, the property offers great privacy without a right neighbor.
The large tropical garden has a long swimming pool, with a vast wet deck ideal for children or lying down, and an outdoor space with whirlpool (Does not heat up)
Next door, the comfortable gourmet area with barbecue and its bar has large wooden tables and comfortable sofas to spend unforgettable moments with family and friends.
The splendid wooden terrace with lounge chairs and comfortable hammocks are other spaces where you can enjoy the property's unique atmosphere.
The typical Bahian style house was designed to take advantage of the natural beauty of the outdoor area and the sunny summer days of southern Bahia, with all the luxury, comfort and modernity of high-end modern houses.
The high ceilings of the social areas and the suites with large windows and/or balcony create a light environment in which you and your family can spend relaxing moments.
The various rooms in the social areas are connected by various accesses and views in the external areas, which makes the place a very pleasant and playful place, even for a large group.
The excellent team, available 8h/day, will take care of the preparation and service of meals as well as the tidying up and cleaning of the house, pool and garden.
The property sleeps up to 15 people comfortably (12 adults 3 children)
