Defined by clean lines and high ceilings, the architecture creates spacious, welcoming and comfortable interiors, harmoniously connecting the kitchen, with its covered dining areas, to the living room and the deck with gazebo, Japanese-style soaking tub (ofurô) and infinity pool, all overlooking a unique panorama.

Set atop a hill, with easy and convenient access to the beach via beautiful stairways or a gentle trail, the house benefits from a soft, constant sea breeze.

The property features 4 suites, each with a queen-size bed and air conditioning. Charming and comfortable, they accommodate up to 8 guests, with the possibility of occasionally accommodating 2 additional children.

The master suite, in a privileged position, enjoys open views of the surrounding landscape and swimming pool.

The guest house, located just a few steps from the pool, features a living room, kitchen and one suite. Both spaces open onto charmingly furnished verandas with hammocks and pleasant views of the garden and partial sea views.

Two independent and welcoming bungalows, nestled among century-old trees, offer additional privacy. Each features a suite, separate bathroom and toilet, as well as a veranda with a hammock overlooking the lush Atlantic Forest.

By plane (Abaeté or private air charter)
Salvador Airport (SSA) to Faz Pontal (PBA) (approx. 20 minutes), followed by a boat transfer to the beach next to the house (approx. 20 minutes).

By private speedboat
Option 1: Salvador Airport (SSA) to Mercado Modelo (approx. 45 minutes), followed by a private speedboat transfer to the beach next to the house (approx. 2 hours 50 minutes).
Option 2: Salvador Airport (SSA) to Graciosa (approx. 3 hours 30 minutes), followed by a private speedboat transfer along the river to the beach next to the house (approx. 50 minutes).

Team of 5 staff members, working 8 h/day: 01 cook, 01 kitchen assistant, 02 housekeepers and 01 general assistant.

Master Suite: (main house), queen-size bed, direct access to the pool deck and ofurô, panoramic views of the pool and the sea.
Suite 2: (annex house – approximately 15 m from the main house), queen-size bed, living room with sofa (which can occasionally be used as a bed for a child), table, kitchen and two furnished verandas with hammocks, overlooking the garden and the sea.
Suite 3: (independent bungalow), queen-size bed, air conditioning, separate bathroom and shower, veranda with hammock and armchairs, overlooking the Atlantic Forest.
